Subscription fees for Ramsey+ are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from the date of the most recent charge.
If you were charged within the last 24 hours after the end of a Ramsey+ trial, you can actually initiate a refund on your own by going to your account settings and clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button. This refund option is only available inside your account for 24 hours from your most recent charge.
If your most recent charge was for the renewal of your Ramsey+ membership, or you are outside of the 24-hour window, please click here to request your refund via email. As long as your charge was within the last 30 days, a refund will be issued, no questions asked!
If you signed up for Ramsey+ on your iPhone, that means your subscription is managed by Apple in your iTunes account. See this article from Apple for more information on how to request a refund through Apple. Apple does not allow us to process refunds, and we simply don't have the ability due to Apple's policy.
Make sure to provide the email address associated with your Ramsey+ account so we can issue the refund as quickly as possible.
